Description
During the winter, the fine black truffle is collected, a sweet black truffle, also called chef truffle.
It has a gleba tending to purple with fine and well intertwined veins. Its “sweet” notes make it a truffle that perfectly combines with desserts, and chocolate in particular. It is very good consumed raw, sliced with lamellae. You can fully taste it if heated in a pan, incorporated in the preparation of dishes such as meat or anything else you want, provided they are not too strong tastes that could risk covering it. Perfect for handling.
