Description
The precious white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) is the king of the table, a first woman. It offers the best of itself in simple, neutral dishes, such as the tagliolino, the egg, the risotto and the tartar.
It grows at a depth that varies from 20 to 50cm but the perfume is so pungent that Giotto Jr, can safely find it! The Peridio is smooth, ocher yellow color. The gleba, more or less intense brown, rich in clear and well -branched veins. The shape varies according to the ground where it grew.
The heat of the dish that passes through the gleba will be sufficient to enhance it to the maximum. You don’t cook it; It is appreciated raw.
